By using worquers.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The website provides information about Worquers and ways to express interest in workforce opportunities or infrastructure staffing services.
2. No guaranteed opportunity or placement
Submitting an introduction, résumé or hiring inquiry does not guarantee employment, a contract, an interview, project availability, staffing fulfillment or any response within a particular timeframe. Website descriptions of planned capabilities are informational and do not promise that a service is currently available.
3. Workforce introductions
Applicants should provide accurate, up-to-date information about skills, work history, availability, location, travel preferences and work authorization. Do not send sensitive identity or immigration documentation as part of your first email. Any project-specific requirements, rates, classification, background checks or engagement terms will be addressed separately when relevant.
4. Company inquiries
Submitting a request for technicians or crews is an inquiry, not a confirmed order. Any scope, availability, pricing, insurance, responsibilities, deadlines and commercial terms must be agreed separately in writing before services begin.
5. No employment or agency relationship created
Viewing this site or contacting Worquers does not, by itself, create an employment, contractor, partnership, agency or client relationship. Any later relationship depends on separate agreements and applicable law.
